Payment, reputation, and optional protection
Pay by bank transfer, card, or cash — Town Works doesn't need to sit financially inside every transaction. What it does track, when you want it to, is a durable record of completed work and a shared community reserve.

The worker gets paid in full. Everything else is itemized.
